These hands-on classes for small groups in your home are extremely entertaining.
Chef Davide Cerretini has been teaching for the last 15 years, and at his restaurant, Botto Bistro, classes have always sold out months in advance. There is a much more effective way to teach people than just giving away a few recipes. It is not only about information, but transformation. He loves to share his secrets and experiences with anyone who loves Italian food, and especially Tuscan food.

Each class is 1.5 to 2 hours long.
$195 per person. Minimum of 4 people.

Travel expenses will apply according to the distance for any location outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
